Naughty India

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Naughty India ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") and the individual content creator ("Creator", "You", or "Your") who registers and publishes content on the Naughty India platform.

By creating an account and uploading content on Naughty India, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

To become a creator on Naughty India, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Provide valid identification proof if requested for verification.

  • Have the legal rights and ownership of the content you upload.

  • Agree to follow all applicable laws and platform guidelines.

Naughty India reserves the right to approve or reject creator registrations at its discretion.

2. Content Ownership

  • Creators retain ownership rights to the content they upload.

  • By uploading content on Naughty India, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, promote, and distribute the content on the platform.

  • The platform may use content for marketing, promotional campaigns, and advertising related to the website.

3. Content Guidelines

Creators must ensure that all uploaded content:

  • Is original and owned by the creator.

  • Does not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

  • Does not contain illegal, abusive, violent, or harmful material.

  • Does not involve minors or underage individuals under any circumstances.

  • Complies with Indian laws and digital content regulations.

Any violation may result in content removal or account suspension.

4. Earnings & Payments

Creators may earn revenue through:

  • Subscriptions

  • Content purchases

  • Tips or donations

  • Other monetization features provided by the platform

Payment terms:

  • Payments will be processed according to the platform payout schedule.

  • Creators must provide accurate payment details.

  • Naughty India may deduct platform fees, taxes, and processing charges before releasing payments.

5. Account Responsibility

Creators are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of their account credentials.

  • Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Managing interactions with followers and subscribers professionally.

Naughty India is not responsible for loss caused by unauthorized account access.

6. Content Moderation

Naughty India reserves the right to:

  • Review, monitor, or remove content at any time.

  • Suspend or terminate creator accounts that violate policies.

  • Restrict access to content that violates platform guidelines.

7. Termination

This agreement may be terminated:

  • By the creator by deleting their account.

  • By Naughty India if the creator violates platform rules.

Upon termination:

  • Access to creator tools may be removed.

  • Pending payments will be processed according to platform policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Naughty India shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue due to platform downtime.

  • Unauthorized use of content by third parties.

  • Technical errors, interruptions, or service disruptions.

9. Changes to the Agreement

Naughty India may update this Creator Agreement at any time.
Creators will be notified of major changes, and continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised agreement.
